On Monday, February 13, 2023, Joe Ghartey, a former minister of justice and attorney general who is trying to represent the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) as its presidential candidate, will start a tour across the entire country of Ghana.
The tour’s official name is “Tour of Hope and Unity.”
The seasoned politician and former Minister of Railways Development is starting his tour in the Western Region, where he currently represents the Essikado-Ketan Constituency as a Member of Parliament.
Mr. Ghartey will proceed to the Western North Region from the Western Region.
Joe Ghartey is anticipated to make a call to NPP officials and prospective delegates to always put the party’s interest first and to come together for victory in 2024.
